					<description><![CDATA[I do understand that if inhouse counsels are not considered as advocates under Advocates Act.  Does this mean that inhouse counsels(in private organisation) need not  be of the qualifications as required under Advocates Act and non-litigation(mostly contracts management) can be managed by persons studied specific business law from an Indian juridical university OR for that matter persons having legal/para-legal qualifications from outside India?  Any case law reference would be welcome.]]></description>
